Ingredients

  • 8 oz brick cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt for a healthier twist
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups small firm seedless red grapes (washed and dried)
  • 2 cups small firm seedless green grapes (washed and dried)
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans or walnuts divided
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the red and green grapes and half of the pecans.
  • Cover and chill for at least an hour (or overnight).
  • Before serving, mix the remaining pecans with brown sugar and sprinkle on top. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add crushed graham crackers or even chopped Snickers for extra fun.
  • For a neat presentation, serve in a shallow dish so every scoop gets the topping!
