- 8 oz brick cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt for a healthier twist
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups small firm seedless red grapes (washed and dried)
- 2 cups small firm seedless green grapes (washed and dried)
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans or walnuts divided
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in the red and green grapes and half of the pecans.
Cover and chill for at least an hour (or overnight).
Before serving, mix the remaining pecans with brown sugar and sprinkle on top. Serve cold and enjoy!
- Add crushed graham crackers or even chopped Snickers for extra fun.
- For a neat presentation, serve in a shallow dish so every scoop gets the topping!
